摘要 甲醛的排放污染环境且对人体具有毒性,所以在生产和使用过程中对甲醛的检测非常重要。采用2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生化甲醛并通过高效液相色谱法检测甲醛的浓度,研究了温度、时间及醋酸盐缓冲溶液对2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生化甲醛反应及标准曲线的影响。研究发现当pH值=5,60℃水浴加热15min时线性关系较好,线性相关系数达0.998。 The emission of formaldehyde pollutes lhe environment and is toxic to human body,so lhe detection of formaldehyde is very- important in the process of production and use. 2,4 - dinitrophenylhydrazine derivatized formaldehyde was used to determine the concentration of formaldehyde by high performance liquid chromatography. The effects of temperature, time and acetate buffer solution on the reaction and standard curve of 2,4 -dinitrophenylhydrazine derivatized formaldehyde were studied. It was found that when pH = 5 ,heated 15min at 60~C ,the linear relationship was good, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0. 998.
