摘要
本研究以70%乙醇溶液浸提干燥的大青叶,用分光光度法测定提取液中的粗黄酮含量。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验优化了大青叶粗黄酮的提取工艺。最佳提取条件为:提取时间为120min、提取温度为80℃、料液比为1:25,粗黄酮提取率最高为3.62%。抑菌试验的结果显示大青叶粗黄酮对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和李斯特菌有明显抑制作用。本研究为大青叶的进一步开发利用提供了理论基础。
In this study,crude flavonoids was extracted from Folium Isatidis with 70% ethanol and its content was determined by speetrophotometry-. On the basis of single factor experiment, the extraction process of crude flavonoids from Folium Isatidis was optimized by orthogonal test. The optinmnl extraction conditions were as follows: the extraction time was 120min, the extraction temperature was 80 ℃, the solid - liquid ratio was 1 : 25. The extraction rate o fflavonoids was 3.62%. The antibacterial activity of the extract was also investigated. The inhibitory- effects on Eseheriehia eoli, Staphylococcus aureus and Listeria monoeytogenes were significant, which laid a theoretical foundation for the further development and utilization of Folium Isatidis.
