人工合成的聚赖氨酸调控SiO_2的仿生合成及机理探讨

摘要 在本文中,人工合成的聚赖氨酸(PLL,Mw=1000~5000Da)和原硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)用作原材料,在近中性pH值、室温条件下快速合成了SiO_2纳米材料,利用分析型扫描电镜研究了产物的微观形貌,利用红外光谱分析了产物的成分,最后讨论了聚赖氨酸介导纳米SiO_2的仿生合成的机理。 In this paper, We used the synthetic poly- L- lysine (PLL, Mw = 1000 -5000Da) and tetraethyl orthosilieate as raw materials to synthesize nan - SiO2 quickly under near neutral pH and room temperature. The mierostrueture of the products were studied by scanning electron microscope and the composition of the products were analyzed by infrared speetrum Finally, we discussed the meehanisnl of bionic synthesis reaction.
