摘要
本文对氯化反应的HAZOP分析过程进行了介绍,通过采用HAZOP分析方法,对氯化反应高危工艺进行了全面的检查和分析,并提出了相应的建议措施。根据此结果完善了氯化反应的过程控制系统(DCS)和安全仪表系统(SIS),为氯化反应的设计与生产提供了参考,这有助于预防同类安全事故的重复发生,有助于生产过程中的操作维护。
In this paper,the HAZOP analysis process of chlorination reaction was introduced. By using HAZOP analysis method, the high - risk process of chlorination reaction was comprehensively inspected and analyzed, and corresponding suggestions and measures were put forward. According to this result, the Distributed Control System (DCS) and Safety Instrumented System (SIS) of chlorination reaction have been improved, which provides a reference for the design and production of chlorination reaction and is helpful to prevent the recurrence of similar safely- accidents and operation and maintenance in the production process.
