Analysis of Piping Layout for ACES Urea Synthesis Process

本文简要介绍了ACES尿素合成工艺及其特点;对尿素合成圈管道和尿素-甲铵溶液管的高压冲洗导淋管线的配管要点进行探讨;分析了尿素装置管线震动的原因并提出优化配管方案。

This paper briefly introduces the ACES urea synthesis process and its characteristics. The key points of piping arrangement for urea synthesis loop and high pressure fluing and drain pipes of urea - carbamate solution lines are discussed. The reasons for vibration of pipes in urea plant are analyzed and the optimized solution is proposed.
