聚柠檬酸对于湿法脱硫系统阻垢实验研究

摘要 基于响应面分析法对聚柠檬酸的阻垢作用展开研究,根据实验结果显著性分析,质量浓度、搅拌速度对于结垢量有着显著影响。随着聚柠檬酸质量浓度的增加,碳钢挂片上的结垢量迅速下降,当质量浓度15mg/L、温度60℃、时间5 h、搅拌速度200r/min时,结垢量最小为70.56×10^(-5)g/cm^2。搅拌速度对于阻垢也有一定的作用,搅拌速度的增加,碳钢挂片上的结垢量有一定程度的降低,当搅拌速度200r/min时,结垢量趋于稳定。 Based on the response surface analysis, the scale inhibition of PCA was studied. According to the saliency analysis of the results of the experiment, the concentration and stirring speed had a significant influenee on the quantity of the scale. With the increase of the concentration of PCA, the quantity of the scale on the carbon steel plate drops rapidly. When the concentration is 15mg/L, the temperature is 60, the time is 5 hours, and the stirring speed is 200r/min, the mininmnl scale is 70.56 × 10 5 g/cm2. The stirring speed has a certain effect on the scale inhibition, and the quantity of the scale on the carbon steel plate is reduced to a certain extent by the increase of stirring speed. When the stirring speed is 200r/min, the quantity of the scale tends to be stable.
