摘要
双师双能型教师是既能"教"得好,也能"做"得好的新型教师,其专业发展路径是介于学术理论和应用实践两者之间的第三条道路。"双师双能型"作为地方应用型高校教师专业发展的第三条道路在理论上是成立的,在实践上也是可行的,第三条道路与双师双能型教师专业发展具有内在的逻辑关系。双师双能型作为转型高校教师发展的第三条道路,不仅增加了教师专业发展的路径,同时拓宽了其专业发展的空间。
Teachers with double qualification and double competency are the new type of teachers who can both teach well and do well in the school work. The path of their professional development is the third path existing in between the academic theory and application practice. As the third path of teachers' professional development in local colleges and universities,double qualification and double competency not only is tenable in theory but also is practicable in practice. There is an internal logical relationship between the third path and double qualification and double competency teachers' professional development. Double qualification and double competency,the third path of teachers' transformation and development in the local colleges and universities in transition,not only increases the path of teachers' professional development,but also broadens the space of their professional development.
