论国家体育产业基地对经济社会发展的贡献

Research on the Contribution of Economic and Social Development of National Industrial base of Sports

国家体育总局装备中心联合数家体育产业研究服务中心共同成立课题研究小组,历时两年时间,首次全面调查国家体育产业基地的发展状况以及对经济社会的综合拉动能力和贡献水平。课题组首先构建了国家体育产业基地经济社会发展贡献指标体系,接着从体育产业规模、体育产业质量和体育产业公共服务等三大类指标,全面梳理和深层揭示国家体育产业基地对地方宏观发展水平和拉动效应,对其存量规模结构与增长能力的影响。最后在分析的基础上,从扩大产业规模、提高产业品质和加大公共服务等方面提出国家体育产业基地发展的建议。

The Equipment Center of State Administration of Sports united several Sports Industry Research Service Centers to set up a research group, and it took them two years to understand the development status of the national industrial bases of sports and the contribution of the comprehensive development of economy and society. Firstly, the research group constructed the index system of economic and social development of national industrial bases of sports; Secondly, according to the indicators of the scale of sports industry and the quality of sports industry and the public service of sports industry, we exposed the impact of the national industrial base of sports on the local macro development level and pulling effect and the stock size structure and the growth ability. Finally, we put forward some suggestions on the development of the national industrial bases of sports, such as expanding the scale of the industry and improving the quality of the industry and increasing the public service.
