论中国羽毛球传统技术风格的创新与发展

Discussion about the Innovation and Development of Traditional Chinese Badminton Technique Style

竞技羽毛球运动在中国经历了半个多世纪的发展,中国传统技术风格在引领项目赶超世界水平方面发挥了积极作用。然而,对于技术风格的诠释,并没有与时俱进,因而在训练中产生了思想上的困惑和操作上的偏差。本文通过文献资料综述和现实案例分析,对传统技术风格的诠释提出了创新意见:(1)连贯速度是羽毛球运动速度的核心,"以快为主"应该理解为"以连贯速度为主";(2)"以攻为主"不是"以进攻为主",而应理解为"以攻击性为主";(3)传统四字风格应该再增加一个"巧"字。

Competitive badminton has been developing in China for more than half a century, and Chinese traditional technical style has played an active role in leading China team to catch up with the world level. However, the interpretation of technical style does not keep pace with the times, which currently results in the ideological confusion and operational deviations in the training. Through the literature review and practical case analysis, this paper put forward some innovative opinions on the interpretation of traditional technical style： ① coherent speed is the core of badminton speed, “to be fast mainly” should be understood as “coherent speed first”, ② “attacking first” should be understood as “aggressiveness first” rather than “attack-oriented”; ③ the traditional four character style should add a word “clever”.
