摘要
社会认知理论(SCT)是健康促进领域的重要基础理论,同时也是内容丰富、结构复杂、抽象的理论。本文首先指出社会认知理论在健康促进应用中属于中层理论范畴,并进一步应用Smith-Liehr中层理论评价框架,从内容、结构和功能3个方面评述该理论在健康促进领域应用中的特点及问题。本文建议:在健康促进干预中,尽量采取完整、明确、综合的方式应用社会认知理论以取代部分、模糊、单一的应用方式;同时结合SCT的中层理论特征,有意识地发展SCT在健康促进应用中的转化与实施模式、社会扩散模式。
Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) is popular theory for health promotion. It is also an abstract, rich, complex structured theory. This article rethinks its feature of being middle range theory in health promotion interventions, and then utilizes Smith-Liehr evaluative framework to re-examine SCT’s substantive foundations, structural integrity and functional adequacy in the context. It concludes that SCT would achieve better performance with adequate constructs, clarified strategies and synthesized approaches in health promotion interventions as well as with endeavors to develop its translational and implement model, social diffusion model.
