青年上消化道出血患者基于微信平台综合护理干预效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention Based on WeChat Platform for Young Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的探究青年上消化道出血患者基于微信平台综合护理干预的效果。方法选择2014年9月—2016年2月周口市中心医院收治的上消化道出血青年患者114例,利用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组于出院前予以常规健康宣教并定期电话随访,观察组在此基础上予以微信平台综合护理管理,干预6个月后,对比两组自我护理能力(ESCA)、复发率及病死率。结果护理干预6个月后,观察组ESCA总分为(147.62±5.33)分,明显高于对照组的(103.43±6.92)分(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为3.51%,均明显低于对照组的14.04%(P<0.05)。结论青年上消化道出血患者经微信平台进行综合延续护理可进一步增强患者的自我护理能力,降低复发率。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention based on WeChat platform for young patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 114 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from September 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine health education and regular telephone follow-up before discharge. On the basis of this, the observation group gave the WeChat platform comprehensive nursing management. After 6 months of intervention, the self-care ability （ESCA） of the two groups was observed and compared, and the recurrence rate and fatality rate were recorded. Results After 6 months of nursing intervention, the total score of ESCA in the observation group was （147.62±5.33）, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （103.43±6.92, P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate in the observation group was 3.51%, which was significantly lower than 14.04% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive continuation of care for young patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding base on WeChat platform can further enhance the patient’s self-care ability and reduce the recurrence.
