摘要
北京协和医学院自2014开始实施青年教师培养项目,经实施后,学校、二级学院的管理层和青年教师都对教师教学发展有了广泛认同。在此基础上,学校对青年教师给予分层培养,启动了适用于优秀青年教师的北京协和医学院"青年医学教育学者计划",通过该项目的组织实施,探索高等医学院校优秀青年教师发展的新培养模式。
Peking Union Medical College ( PUMC ) initiated the training program for junior faculty since 2014. After implementation, the model of faculty development was well acknowledged by faculty from medical school and secondary institutions. Based on the experience of the program a position-based new project ( Medical Education Scholarship Program, MESP ) was organized in order to explore a new model of excellent junior faculty in medical college.
