摘要
青年教师教学能力决定着高校未来人才培养的质量,是高等学校内涵式发展建设的重要工作内容。在我国社会主要矛盾发生转化后,高等教育的改革与发展也进入了新的阶段,青年教师队伍建设面临着一系列的新问题,围绕青年教师教学能力建设SWOT分析研究,能够清晰显示出在青年教师教学能力提升中的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,促进青年教师自我发展,并在专业知识传授、学习行为指导和教学活动管理中建立符合教学能力提升要求和人才培养目标要求的工作策略,为加强师资队伍建设提供契机。
Young teachers' teaching ability determines the quality of talent training in colleges and universities in the future, and is an important part of connotative development and construction in colleges and universities. After the transformation of the major social contradictions in our country, the reform and development of higher education has also entered a new stage. The team construction of young teachers is facing a series of new problems. The SWOT analysis of the young teachers' teaching ability can clearly analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges in promoting the young teachers' teaching ability, can promote the self-development of young teachers, can establish a work strategy in the teaching of professional knowledge, the guidance of learning behavior, and the management of teaching activities, which conforms to the requirements of the teaching ability promotion and talent training goals, and can also provide an opportunity to strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
