摘要
植物提取物含有较多的具有抗菌作用的活性成分,主要由植物的次生代谢产物所构成,包括皂苷、单宁、精油、生物碱、酚类等活性物质。经研究发现这些代谢产物.不仅具有抗茵、提高养分利用率、抗氧化和激活机体免疫等功能,而且对反刍动物具有调节瘤胃发酵模式、减少瘤胃甲烷的产生、提高能量利用卒和生产性能的功效。本文主要研究综述植物提取物皂苷、单宁、精油等植物功能性物质在抑制瘤胃甲烷产生中原理及作用。
Plant extracts contain more antibacterial active components, mainly composed of plant seeondary metabolites, including saponins, tannins, essential oils, alkaloids, phenols and other active substances. It has been found that these metabolites not only have the functions of antibacterial, improving nutrient utilization, antioxidation and activating body immunity, but also regulate rumen fermentation mode and reduce rumen methane production in ruminants. Improve the efficiency of energy utilization and production performance. In this paper, the mechanism and action of plant functional substances such as saponins, tannins and essential oils in the inhibition of rumen methane production were reviewed.
