在农村体制变革的伟大实践中,中国共产党坚持以农民为中心,尊重农民的创造实践,实现了农民与土地关系、与市场关系、与村社共同体关系的巨大变迁。在农村体制变革过程中,农民是推动农村体制改革的主要动力,中国共产党充分尊重农民的发展意愿,巩固和完善农村基本经营制度;尊重农民的市场主体地位,促进和完善农村市场化发展;尊重农民的民主权利,建立和完善村民自治制度等,为进一步深化农村改革提供了宝贵的经验。

In the course of this great historical transformation, the communist party of China insisted on taking the peasants as the centre and respecting their creative practices. It has realized the great changes in the relations between peasants and land, with the state, and with the village community. Now it has entered a new stage of rural revitalization. Peasants are the main driving force behind the reform of the rural system. They have launched a two-wheeled model of rural economic reform in the economy, implemented the household contract responsibility system for joint production and the development of rural market-oriented industrialization, innovated rural democratic forms politically, and implemented villagers＇ autonomy. With their great historical initiative, farmers have constantly broken through the shackles of the old system and created new alternative institutional models.
