高校毕业生的就业状况影响着其自身的发展,还影响着我国经济结构的转型升级。目前高校毕业生存在着一定的就业误区,主要表现在就业观念、就业心态、就业自我管理误区。这些误区的产生有个人方面、家庭方面、学校方面和社会方面的原因。针对这些问题,应采取以下策略,高校应调整毕业生的课程设置与实习安排、加强就业指导培训,党委政府要加强对就业的支持,积极引导大学生到基层就业;社会应加强对就业的正面引导;父母应对子女就业做理性分析,做好参谋;个人应加强自我分析,全面了解自身优劣势,确立就业方向并调整就业期望值,使其与自己的就业能力相匹配。

The employment of college graduates does not only have an impact on their own development, but also affects the transformation and development of national economy. At present, there exist some misunderstandings in terms of the employment of college graduates, which are mainly manifested in employment misconceptions, wrong employment psychology and self-management that in turn have hindered their timely employment. These misunderstandings may be personal, social or family-related. In view of the above problems and failures, the following measures should be adopted. Colleges and universities should adjust the curriculum and internship arrangement for the graduates, promote employment guidance and training; the party committee and government should strengthen the support for employment; the society should promote positive employment guidance; parents should make rational analysis for their children＇s employment and be good counselors; the individuals should determine correct employment direction and adjust expectation of employment according to his own comprehensive self- judgement, so as to match his employment competence.
