声带良性病变手术后的发声矫治

Phonatory Correction of Vocal Cord With Benign Lesion After Operation

对７０５例声带息肉、声带小结等声带良性病变，进行了喉显微手术，术后对其中２０４例患者，根据不同病因，酌情进行了发声矫治，并在手术前后应用了元音量化好、幅值精度高的ＨＪＹ－Ｉ型智能化喉疾仪，进行了嗓音声学动力分析，经１～３个月随访治愈好转率达９７．５％。从喉空气动力学提出了喉显微手术后，进行发声矫治病理生理学的理论依据及其矫治方法：并对ＨＪＹ－Ｉ型智能化喉疾仪的功能及特点作了概述。

Laryngo-Microsurgery for 705 cases of benign lesion of vocal cord has been done.These lesions contain vocal polyp,nodules,etc,For 204 of these cases phonatory corrections were conducted after the operation. Based on differential etiology,The dynamic analysis of acoustic voice was done before and after the operation,using HJY-I model intelligent sonograph which has fine quantization of vowels and high accuracy of amplitude, and 1～3 months follow-ups showed that the cure rate reached 97.5%. This paper presents theoretical basis of correction patho-physiology and corrective therapy and overviews the functions and features of the sonograph.
