摘要
通过查阅文献资料和深入企业调研及与学生访谈等研究方法,对创客背景下应用型本科院校食品类专业课程考核现状及问题进行了深入分析,以期为食品类专业实验课程考核改革提供一些思路和参考。
Through the research methods such as literature review,enterprise survey,and student interview,this paper made an in-depth analysis of the current situation and problems of the examination of the professional food courses in the universities of applied undergraduates under the background of maker. In order to provide some ideas and references for the reform of the examination of the professional food courses.
