某越野车车架纵梁开裂失效原因分析及对策

摘要 对某款越野车车架在可靠性试验中出现的纵梁开裂问题,通过故障树分析及建立有限元模型进行结构力学分析,找到导致失效的主要原因。考虑到实际结构与工艺要求,本文提出了改进优化方案,并对方案进行结构力学分析和整车试验验证,开裂问题得到很好地解决。实践表明这种解决问题方法有效,对其它同类结构力学问题有一定的参考意义。 According to the crack of the longitudinal frame beam of an off-road vehicle in the reliability test, the main cause of the failure is found out by structural mechanics analyzed by the fault tree analysis and the finite element model. Considering the actual structure and technological requirements, this paper proposes an improved optimization scheme, and the structural mechanics analysis of the scheme and the whole vehicle test verify that the cracking problem is well solved. The practice shows that this method of solving the problem is effective and has certain reference significance for other similar structural mechanics problems.
