某轻卡ABS电磁阀支架强度分析及其优化

摘要 为了验证某汽车ABS电磁阀支架的强度特性和模态性能是否满足要求,采用频响方法分别对其X、Y和Z方向进行强度分析,分析结果表明其在X和Z方向的最大应力超过材料屈服,不满足强度性能要求。约束模态分析结果表明,其第一阶频率低于发动机怠速频率,不满足模态性能要求。对该支架进行优化之后,其X、Y和Z方向的频响分析应力值均低于材料屈服,其重力场静态分析应力值也低于材料屈服,其第一阶频率超过发动机怠速频率,因此优化之后的支架距可以满足强度性能和模态性能要求。摘要: Aiming at verifing the strength and modal properties of a light truck automobile ABS electromagnetic valve bracket, the bracket was frequency response analysised in the X,Y and Z directions,the analysised result showed that the maximum stress of X and Z directions exceed the yield strength of the material, it didn't meet the strength properties requirements. The results of constrained modal analysis showed that the first order frequency was lower than the engine idle speed, it didn't meet the modal properties requirements.The frequency response analysis stress of X, Y and Z was lower than the yield of material after optimization, The static analysis of the stress in the gravitational field was also lower than the yield of the material and the first order frequency was higher than the engine idle speed after optimization, so the bracket could meet strength and modal properties requirements after optimization.
