高校教师教学学术能力建设的实践探索——以天津大学国际化教学学术型师资培训项目为例 被引量:8

摘要 作为高校教学改革背景下教师角色转换的必然要求,教师教学学术能力的提升呼唤师资培训制度做出相应的改革与创新。天津大学以教师教学学术能力建设为着眼点,自主设计并实施了"国际化教学学术型师资培训项目"。此项目以国际化为内容和策略,注重在专业课程目标与内容以及专业教学革新与认证等方面顺应高等教育国际化的趋势;以"请进来"和"送出去"为基本途径,经过科学设计与系统实施,取得了显著成效。实践证明,天津大学国际化教学学术型师资培训项目是高校教师教学学术能力建设在实践中的有益探索。 As an inevitable requirement for the transformation of teachers ' role in the college teaching reform, the promotion of teachers' teaching and academic competence calls for the corresponding reform and innovation of teacher training system. Based on the construction of teachers' teaching and academic competence, Tianjin University has independently designed and implemented the "International Teaching on Academic Teachers Training Program". This project with international content and strategy, focused on conforming to the internationalization of higher education in professional curriculum objectives and content as well as the professional teaching reform and certification. Through scientific design, systematic implementation, and the basic methods of "please come in" and "please go out", the program has achieved remarkable results. Practice has proved that the international teaching on academic teachers training program of Tianjin University is an useful exploration in the construction of teaching and academic competence of university teachers.
