Construction of operation training and evaluation system for operators of cleaning and disinfection equipment

目的:探讨医院消毒供应中心清洗消毒设备操作人员培训与考核体系的构建。方法:建立3级培训机制,制定标准操作规程(SOP)及考核标准;将操作人员分为护士、消毒员及技术工人和保洁人员3类,针对不同类别的操作人员进行分级培训与考核。结果:通过对相应操作人员进行不同级别的培训并实施考核后,使操作人员均能够熟练掌握设备原理和标准操作流程,确保医疗设备在临床使用过程中安全有效。结论:建立培训与考核体系,可提高和规范操作人员的操作技能,确保清洗消毒设备的安全运行及无菌物品质量,从而控制医院感染的发生,保证患者安全。

Objective To explore the construction of operation training and evaluation system for operators of cleaning and disinfection equipment in disinfection supply center of hospital. Methods： To establish a training mechanism with 3 grades, and establish standard operating procedures（SOP） and evaluation standards. The relevant operators were divided into three categories： nurses, disinfection workers and technical workers, and cleaning staff. Different types of operators were trained and assessed as different classification. Results： Through implemented training and assessment of different grades for corresponding operators, the operators could proficiently master the equipment principle and standard operating procedures, and ensure the safety and effectiveness of medical equipment in clinical use. Conclusion： The establishment of training and assessment system can enhance and standardize the operation skills of operators, ensure the safe operation of cleaning and disinfection equipment and guarantee the quality of sterile products. Therefore, it can control the occurrence of hospital infection and ensure the safety of patients.
