整体式可见光催化剂在LED节能灯下光催化氧化效果探讨——以甲醛为例 被引量:1

Study on Photocatalytic Oxidation Effect of Monolithic Photocatalysts under LED Energy-saving Lamp:Taking Formaldehyde as an Example

摘要 通过溶胶凝胶法把Bi_2O_3/TiO_2光催化剂粉末与高岭土、氢氧化铝等混合,制成整体式催化剂,并通过改变各种物质的配比,研究考察各配方下整体式催化剂的催化氧化效率。研究发现,不同配比的整体式催化剂的催化效果明显不同,且与加入的光催化剂粉末量相关。光催化粉末4 g、高岭土2.5 g、活性炭1 g、氢氧化铝1.8 g配制而成的整体式光催化剂催化效果最佳,在36功率LED节能灯照明下,HCHO的质量浓度60 h从1.061 mg/m^3降至0.54 mg/m^3。 The Bi2O3/TiO2 photocatalysts were mixed with kaolin,aluminum hydroxide and other substances to make monolithic catalysts by means of sol-gel method. By changing ratio of various substances, catalytic effects of monolithic catalysts were investigated. Experiments show that different ratio of monolithic catalysts lead to different catalytic effect. Additionally, catalytic effect is related to the quantity of catalytic powder. Formula for photocatalytic powder 4 g, kaolin 2.5 g, activated carbon 1 g and 1.8 g aluminum hydroxide is best,with the concentration of HCHO decreased from 1.061 to 0.54 mg/m3 under 36 LED energy-saving lamp illumination for 60 h.
