摘要
智能制造生产运营系统的建设目标之一是高效率地运作,符合经济效益原则,目标的达到必须借助基础性的工作设计与工作研究。工作设计有其支撑理论:社会技术理论、专业化、行为理论和团队理论;工作设计要遵守必要的原则才能确保有效;面对智能制造,有许多良好的工作设计方法;智能制造要走专业化之路,采用工作转换等办法可以克服专业化的弊端。智能制造工作研究有明确的对象,有特定的内容;常用的工作研究技术是5H1W和ECRS技术。程序分析是对完整制造过程的分析;各种操作分析有其各自作用、方法,它们之间有不同的特点。
One of the construction goals of intelligent manufacturing production and operation system is to operate with high efficiency, conform the principle of economic benefits. To achieve the goal, basic work design and work research must be used. Work design has its supporting theories : social technology theory, specialization, behavior theory and team theory. Work design must follow necessary principles to ensure effectiveness. Facing intelligent manufacturing, there are many good methods of working design. Intelligent manufacturing should go the road of specialization, and the disadvantages of specialization can be overcome by adopting the method of work conversion. The work research of intelligent manufacturing has definite object and specific content. Common work research techniques are 5HIW and ECRS. Program analysis is the analysis of the complete manufacturing process. Each operation analysis has its own function and method, and they have different characteristics.
