摘要
高反式聚丁二烯橡胶由于具有低滚动阻力、高抗湿滑性、高耐磨、高拉伸强度、高硬度、优异的抗疲劳性等众多高性能化特点而吸引了广泛的研究人员关注。文章介绍了国内外高反式聚丁二烯橡胶的合成方法,主要包括非阴离子聚合法和阴离子聚合法。总结了常用了反式聚丁二烯橡胶反式结构含量的调节剂;阐述了高反式聚丁二烯橡胶的结晶行为;最后对高反式聚丁二烯橡胶的研究进行展望。
With many excellent performance characteristics,such as high tensile strength,high tear strength,high wear resistance and so on,high trans-polybutadiene rubber has been wildly investigated in recent years.In this paper different polymerization methods for high trans-polybutadiene were summarized.The advantage and disadvantage of the anion polymerization and non-anion polymerization were compared.The initiator system that used to adjust content of trans-polybutadiene was also introduced.In addition,recent study on train-induced crystallization of trans-polybutadiene was emphasized.Finally,the future development of high trans-polybutadiene rubber was prospected.
