摘要
采煤工作面煤层注水可以有效降低工作面粉尘浓度、煤层冲击危险性,是预防矿井灾害的有效手段。通过对31119E工作面注水孔施工、注水孔封孔、动压注水与静压补水等工艺的改进,增加了使煤体预先湿润的机率,将原生煤尘润湿,使其失去飞扬的能力,提高了煤层注水效果,从而减少煤层开采时产生的粉尘量。
coal seam water injection in coal mining face can effectively reduce the dust concentration of working flour and the danger of coal seam impact,and it is an effective means to prevent mine disaster.Through the injection hole construction,water injection hole sealing,dynamic and static water pressure water injection improvement process of 31119E working face,increase the probability of the coal pre moistened,the original dust wetting,which lost its ability to fly,improve the effect of coal seam injection,thereby reducing the amount of dust generated during coal mining.
