摘要
采用UPLC法建立了测定食品中10种合成着色剂,优化了不同食品前处理方法,聚酰胺小柱净化后,进行UPLC分析定量。结果显示:10种合成色素线性关系R2≥0.9996,具有较好的线性关系;且检测限为0.0005 g/kg~0.0041 g/kg,加标回收率在62.13%~101.15%,变异系数RSD在0.59%~1.89%之间。该方法能够快速测定食品中10种合成着色剂,具有准确、灵敏和稳定的特点。
The UPLC method was used to establish 10 synthetic colorants in food products,optimize the pretreatment methods of different foods,and used polyamide column to purify and analyze UPLC.Results showed that:the linear relationship was good with determination coefficients R2≥0.9996 in the 10 synthetic colorants.The recoveries of standard addition ranged from 62.13% to 101.15 %,the limit of quantification was between 0.0005 g/kg to 0.0041 g/kg,and coefficient of variation(RSD)of 0.59%~1.89 %.The method can quickly determine 10 synthetic colorants in food,which is accurate,sensitive and stable.
