摘要
文章采用十二烷基三硫代碳酸酯为链转移剂,通过可逆加成-裂解-链转移自由基聚合(RAFT)的方法,合成了结构均一的侧链带有偶氮苯基团的聚苯乙烯。对生成的聚合物的结构用核磁共振氢谱进行表征,结果表明已成功地合成出目标产物。聚合物分子量用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)进行测试,结果表明合成出的聚合物的分子量分布(PDI)区间在1.01-1.1。讨论了反应时间及反应物浓度对聚合的影响。结果表明,聚合物的分子量与反应时间呈正相关,呈现出"活性-可控"聚合特征。聚合物的分散度(PDI)受反应物浓度的影响很小,但转换率随着单体浓度的不断增加呈现出增大的趋势。
This paper uses twelve alkyl three thiocarbonate as chain transfer agent,addition fragmentation chain transfer radical polymerization by reversible(RAFT)method,the side chain structure with uniform azobenzene group were synthesized by polystyrene.The structure of the resulting polymer was characterized by 1H NMR,and the results showed that the target product was successfully synthesized.The molecular weight of polymer was measured by gel permeation chromatography(GPC).The results showed that the molecular weight distribution(PDI)of the polymer was 1.01-1.1.The effects of reaction time and reactant concentration on polymerization were discussed.The results showed that the molecular weight of the polymer was positively correlated with the reaction time,showing the characteristics of active controllable polymerization.The dispersion of polymer(PDI)was affected by the concentration of reactants,but the conversion rate showed an increasing trend with the increase of monomer concentration.
