粗锡中铁的物相分析

摘要 采用化学试剂处理粗锡,对其中铁的各个物相进行分离测定。样品用盐酸-氯化亚锡-氯化钠振荡后过滤,滤液测定单质铁和氧化铁,残渣通过盐酸处理后再次过滤,于滤液中测定硫化铁,最后剩下的沉淀经碳化处理测定硅酸铁。测定完毕对分析出来的结果进行整理、计算,得到粗锡中铁的每个物相的含量。 In this paper,chemical reagent is used to treat coarse tin,and every phase of iron is separated and measured. The samples are filtered by hydrochloric acid - Sn - sodium chloride and sodium chloride,and the filtrate is used to determine iron and iron oxide. The residue is filtered again through hydrochloric acid treatment,and the iron sulfide is determined in the filtrate. Finally,the remaining precipitates are carbonated to determine iron silicate. After finishing,the results of analysis were calculated and calculated,and the content of each phase of iron in crude tin was obtained.
