摘要
目的:建立1-氟萘中亚硝酸钠杂质的含量检测的HPLC方法。方法:采用Agilent 1200色谱系统;色谱柱为Zorbax SB-AQ,250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm;流动相为0.03 mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液,用磷酸调节pH为3.5,等度洗脱;流速0.7 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长为210 nm;进样量为20μL。结果:亚硝酸钠可与其副产物硝酸钠完全分离,检测限为0.1 mg/kg。结论:该方法专属性好,灵敏度高、且操作简便,可用于1-氟萘原料中亚硝酸钠杂质的控制。
:Objective:A HPLC method for determination of sodium nitrite in 1-Fluoronaphthalene was established. Method:Use Agilent1200 chromatography,Zorbax SB-AQ,250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm as column,nitrogen as the carrier gas,0.03M monopotassium phosphate buffer solution,adjust pH to 3.5 with orthophosphoric acd as mobile phase,chose isocartic elution mode;the flowrate is 0.7 ml/min,the column temperature is 30℃,the detection wavelength is 220 nm and the injection volume is 20 μL.Results:The results show sodium nitrite can be separated well from its by product sodium nitrate,the limit of detection is 0.1 mg/kg.Conclusion:This method is specificity,sensitive and simple and can be used for determindation of sodium nitrite in 1-Fluoronaphthalene.
