厚钢板卷圆后筒体表面凹坑缺陷的成因及预防 被引量:3

摘要 针对碳钢、低合金钢厚钢板在卷筒后,经常会在筒体内表面出现无规则凹坑缺陷,分别从这些凹坑缺陷本身的特点、钢板制造过程中经历的热处理工序以及筒体卷圆的工艺方面进行分析并推导出这些凹坑的成因是钢板表面脱落的氧化皮聚集压入钢板所致,并提出了预防措施。 For carbon steel and low-alloy steel thick steel plates,irregular pit defects often appear on the inner surface of the cylinder,from the characteristics of these pit defects themselves,the heat treatment process experienced in the steel plate manufacturing process and the cylinder.The process of rolling the circle was analyzed and it was deduced that the cause of these pits was caused by the accumulation of scales falling off the surface of the steel sheet and pressed into the steel sheet,and preventive measures were proposed.
