摘要
对牙哈凝析气集中处理站的预冷单元进行了优化,在B换热器和C换热器之间增加分离器,同时将再生后乙二醇贫液的A换热器注入点取消,只保留C换热器注入点,新增分离器的液相进入凝析油处理单元的一级闪蒸罐。流程经过优化后降低了乙二醇循环量和乙二醇消耗量,同时降低了能耗。
In this paper,the pre-cooling unit of Yaha condensate centralized treatment station was optimized by adding a separator between the B heat exchanger and the C heat exchanger.At the same time,the injection point of A heat exchanger for regenerated ethylene glycol lean liquid was cancelled,only the injection point of C heat exchanger was retained,and the liquid phase of the new separator entered the primary flash tank of the condensate treatment unit.After optimization,the ethylene glycol cycle and glycol consumption are reduced,and energy consumption is reduced.
