摘要 《无机及分析化学》是酿酒专业类学生必修的一门专业平台课程,承担着培养学生掌握化学基本理论、化学实验操作技能,并为学生进一步学习后续专业知识奠定基础和提升专业能力等任务。目前存在教学内容繁多、教学方法传统、课程考核体系单一、理论与实践联系不够紧密等问题。以酿酒专业人才培养方案和要求为目标,通过优化教学内容、丰富教学方法、改革课程考核模式、加强实践实验环节等教改措施的实施,取得了良好的教学效果,促进了酿酒专业类无机及分析化学课程教学体系建设和教学质量的提高。 Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry is a compulsory professional platform course for students majoring in liquor-making.It undertakes the task of cultivating students to master the basic theory of chemistry and the operation skills of chemical experiments,laying the foundation for students to further study the follow-up professional knowledge and improving their professional ability.At present,there are many teaching contents and teaching methods.With the aim of cultivating talents for brewing majors,the implementation of teaching reform measures,such as optimizing teaching content,enriching teaching methods,reforming course examination mode,and strengthening practical experiment links,has achieved good teaching results.The teaching system of inorganic and analytical chemistry courses and the improvement of teaching quality have been introduced.
