摘要
《材料化学专业英语》是一门具有强的专业性和应用性的课程,面向具有一定材料化学专业基础知识的大学生。然而,针对当代大学生课堂学习中存在的学习兴趣、积极性和应用能力低等问题,在材料化学专业英语课程教学中采用师生角色互换的模式。通过建立互助学习小组、运用多元化教学手段进行学生互评、教师补充教学以及多考查形式并存的机制,提高学生的学习热情和主动性,增强学生对专业知识的掌握和应用能力,达到学以致用的目的,并指导教学方法的改进。
“Material Chemistry English” is a course with strong specialty and application,which is aimed at college students who have certain basic knowledge of material chemistry.However,in view of the problems of low interest,enthusiasm and application ability in classroom learning of contemporary college students,the teacher-student role exchange model is adopted in the English course teaching of material chemistry.Through the mechanism of establishing mutual learning group,using diversified teaching means to conduct student mutual evaluation,teacher’s supplementary teaching and the coexistence of multiple examination forms,to improve students’ learning enthusiasm and initiative,to enhance students’ ability to grasp and apply professional knowledge,to achieve the purpose of applying what they have learned,and to guide the improvement of teaching methods.
