Planning and Implementation of Urban Agglomeration Based on Green Development——Taking the Urban Agglomeration Planning of the Yangtze River Delta as an Example

该文基于绿色发展角度,通过树立绿色发展理念,开展大数据研究,提出生态管控、用地限制、绿色交通、功能布局等城镇群规划建议,并对城市群规划实施提出落实措施,从而能够更好地推动城市群可持续高质量发展。

Based on the green development point of view,this paper offers proposals of urban cluster planning,such as ecological management and control,land use restriction,green traffic,functional layout,etc. by establishing a green development concept and carrying out large data research,and meanwhile puts forward measures for the implementation of urban agglomeration planning,so as to better promote the sustainable high quality development of urban agglomeration.
