摘要
目前,大数据的开发利用已成为各国的重要战略布局。该文分析了大数据的涵义、战略意义、技术壁垒、发达国家开发利用大数据的经验等,在此基础上提出了中国开发利用大数据的建议。
At present,the development and utilization of big data has become an important strategic layout of countries. Based on the analysis of the meaning,strategic significance,technical barriers of big data,and the experience of developed countries in developing and utilizing big data,this paper puts forward suggestions for the development and utilization of big data in China.
