Desperately Need to Win the Tough Battle of Poverty Alleviation in Enfeebled and In-depth Poverty-stricken Areas

精准扶贫、精准脱贫是党中央、国务院根据扶贫开发面临的新形势、新任务提出的重大决策部署。该文根据国家统计局辽宁调查总队组织开展的深度贫困地区脱贫状况专题调研结果,分析了深度贫困地区长期形成的积贫积弱现象,共性突出,脱贫难、攻坚更难,提出了重拳出击、聚焦发力,对深度贫困地区采取更有针对性、更具特色的扶贫方式和扶贫举措,打赢深度贫困地区脱贫攻坚战。

Targeted poverty alleviation measures are major decision-making arrangements which are put for-ward by the Central Committee of C. P. C. and the State Council in accordance with the new situation and new tasks facing poverty alleviation and development. This paper comes from results of the special investigation on poverty al- leviation of in-depth poverty-stricken areas organized by Survey office of National Bureau of Statistics in Liaoning Province, through analyzing the long-standing impoverished and enfeebled phenomenon of in-depth poverty- stricken areas, finding out the prominent commonality of difficulty in getting rid of poverty, finally focusing on poverty and acting vigorously with more targeted and more characteristic poverty alleviation methods and measures for in -depth poverty-stricken areas in order to win the tough battle of poverty alleviation.
