专利信息蕴含着重要的技术、法律和经济信息。专利文献的说明书、权利要求书、附图和摘要等部分,披露了发明创造的技术内容;其中的技术信息新颖、完整、具有连续性,且涉及领域广泛、数量巨大、格式统一,便于企业阅读、检索、追踪技术发展动态。
This paper briefly analyzes the value of patent information and the significance of enterprises using patent information, and provides strategies and methods for enterprises to use patent information for reference.
