基于AHP的高校分省招生计划实施效果评价研究

Research on the Evaluation of the Implementation Effect of the Provincial Enrollment Plan Based on AHP

高校的分省招生计划方案决定了生源的地域结构和录取质量,对于教育公平和资源利用效率具有重要影响,及时进行实施效果评价能够为改进招生计划编制方案提供科学依据和有效参考。本文采用AHP(层次分析法)建立分省招生计划实施效果评价指标体系,利用yaahp软件确定各项指标权重,探索具有应用推广价值的评价方法。

The provincial plan for enrollment of students in the province determines the geographical structure and quality of admissions. It has an important influence on education equity and resource utilization efficiency. Evaluating the implementation effect in time can provide a scientific basis and an effective reference for improving the enrollment planning. This paper adopts the AHP（Analytic Hierarchy Process） to establish the evaluation index system for the implementation effect of the provincial enrollment plan, uses yaahp software to determine the weight of each index, and explores the appraisal method with application value.
