摘要
多校区办学对于高校的管理工作提出了更高的要求,如何更有效地进行多校区办学管理,实现新旧校园文化的有效传承,是高校管理人员需要深入研究的课题。本文对高校多校区办学优势、管理基本原则、现行管理模式及存在问题进行了分析,并就高校多校区办学的管理对策进行了探讨。
Multi- campus school management puts forward higher requirements for the management of colleges and universi- ties. How to manage multi-campus school more effectively and realize the effective inheritance of new and old campus culture is a subject that university administrators need to study deeply. This paper analyzes the advantages, basic principles, current management mode and existing problems and probes into the management countermeasures of running a multi-campus university.
