高校校企合作育人模式探究

高等院校的人才教育与培养模式,随着社会发展对人才需求不断提升,发生了重大变化,校企合作育人模式成了新的发展方向。本文首先对高校校企合作育人模式所取得的成果进行了简单概述,随后指出了校企合作育人模式中急需解决的问题,最后在总结前文的基础上,深入探究了校企合作育人模式的发展对策,旨在为关注这一领域的人士提供一些可行性较高的参考意见,为国家和社会输送更多人才。

the mode of talent education and training in colleges and universities has changed greatly with the development of society. School-enterprise cooperation education model has become a new direction of development. Firstly, this paper briefly summarizes the achievements of the school-enterprise cooperative education model, and then points out the problems urgently needed to be solved in the school-enterprise cooperative education model. Finally, on the basis of summing up the previous article, the author probes into the development countermeasures of the mode of school-enterprise cooperation and education, aiming at providing some feasible reference opinions for the people concerned about this field, and providing more talents for the country and society.
