三明市是20世纪60年代至70年代成长起来的工业城市,工业基础良好。随着经济的全球化发展,三明市与福建省沿海城市的差距加大,落后的经济使得三明市越来越被边缘化。随着国家"一带一路"的实施,福建省成为21世纪海上丝绸之路的核心,作为福建省腹地支撑的三明市迎来了构建开放型经济难得的机遇。文章分析了三明市融入"一带一路"的有利条件和限制因素,并提出了三明市地区融入"一带一路"建设的具体策略。

Sanming is an industrial city that grew up in the 1960 s and 1970 s. Its industrial foundation is good. With the development of economic globalization, the gap between Sanming and coastal cities in Fujian has increased, and the backward economy has made Sanming increasingly marginalized. With the implementation of the national＂Belt and Road＂initiative, Fujian has become the core of the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road. As Sanming, the hinterland of Fujian, ushered in a rare opportunity to build an open economy.
