Urban scale expansion is a global economic phenomenon.The most important change of scale structure from middle income to high income cities is the significant increase in the proportion of population in large cities.The expansion of urban scale and the increase of density have many positive effects on regional innovation and development.This paper analyzes from the perspective of sharing,matching and learning,and puts forward relevant policy recommendations.
