城市居民主观幸福感驱动因素——基于吉林省长春市的调查与分析

Driving Factors of Urban Residents' Subjective Well-Being——Investigation and Analysis Based on Changchun City,Jilin Province

主观幸福感及其影响因素研究虽然已有多年,但基于居民个性特征的研究却不多见。运用定量研究方法,采用吉林省长春市的调查数据,综合探索城市居民的个性和社会关系对其主观幸福感的影响。研究发现,居民的包容特征正向影响其主观幸福感;社会资本中的信任和归属感均正向显著影响其主观幸福感。从研究结果中也可看出,文化的魅力在于其独特性,在打造区域经济影响力的同时,也应致力于对包容等文化的塑造,从而在构建区域文化独特魅力的同时提升居民的主观幸福感。研究结果对于丰富幸福感理论,有效提升城市居民的幸福感具有一定的现实意义。

Although subjective well-being and its influencing factors have been studied for many years,research based on residents＇ personality characteristics is rare. On the basis of the data of Changchun City,Jilin Province,the quantitative research methods are applied in this paper to comprehensively analyze the impact of urban residents＇ personality and social relations on their subjective well-being. The result indicates that the inclusive characteristics of residents are positively affecting their subjective well-being; the sense of trust and belonging in social capital are positively influencing their subjective well-being. It can also be seen from the research result that the charm of culture lies in its uniqueness. During the process of building the influence of regional economy,it should also be devoted to shaping the culture such as tolerance and so forth so as to enhance the subjective well-being of residents while constructing the unique charm of regional culture. This result has certain practical significance for enriching the theory of happiness and effectively improving the well-being of the residents of the city.
