A Study on the Modularized and Industrialized Practices in Apartment Unit Renovation

参考汽车等制造业的成功经验,针对建筑界的现状,提出模块化的设计思想和工业化改造模式,并根据居住生活功能进行模数化的空间统筹。结合北京市某集合住宅小区既有住宅的分户式改造实践,探讨既有集合住宅改造的模数化、模块化、系统化、工业化的方法和技术体系,提出适应改造需求的技术系统和部品模块,以期为未来大规模的住宅更新改造积累经验。

The renovation of existing housing is an important aspect of urban sustainable development. This paper studies the renovation practices of existing housing in Beijing, and investigates the method and technological system of modularization, systematization and industrialization in the process. It then puts forward the technological system and product module adapted to the renovation needs, in order to provide experiences for large-scale housing renovation in the future.
