街道界面形态量化测度之“近线率”研究

The Investigation of "Near-line Ratio" on Quantitative Measurement of Street Interface

我国规划界应用较广的"贴线率"概念来源于美国城市规划中的"街道墙"概念。通过辨析"贴线率"及"界面密度"参数的局限性,提出能够表征街道界面贴近街道边界程度的"近线率"概念及算法,并探讨了这三个量化参数不同的表征效果和实践意义。

The popular concept of ＂Build-to-Line Ratio＂ in urban planning in China comes from the ＂Street Wall＂ in the US. By analyzing the limitations of the parameters ＂Build-toLine Ratio＂ and ＂Street Interface＂ on quantitative measurement of street interface, this paper proposes the concept and algorithm of the parameter ＂Near-line Ratio＂, in order to quantify the extension of the street interface located near or away from the street boundary, and discusses the characterization and practical significance of the three parameters.
