摘要
本研究考察了在启动中国拔尖人才教育改革时,"珠峰计划"所面临的内部冲突。研究发现"珠峰计划"中的多重冲突涉及计划培养需求与学生个人成长需求之间的冲突,项目选拔目的与学生个人动机之间的冲突,鉴别人才与鉴别人才发展路径之间的冲突,以及拔尖项目巨大的内部差异与同质化的课程之间的冲突。这些冲突涉及对拔尖教育和拔尖学生的起源与发展的诸多争议。本研究还讨论了解决和缓解这些冲突的可能方法,以期使拔尖人才教育和基础学科培养计划项目得到完善和提高。
To date,no empirical study has focused upon understanding the tensions in top-notch college programs in China.This qualitative inquiry examines the tensions the"Mount Everest Plan"programs face while initiating top-notch education reform in China.This study identifies multiple tensions including the tension between program training needs and students' individual growth needs,the tension between programs' selection purposes and students' personal motives,the tension between the identification of talents and the identification of the paths to success,and the tensions between the huge internal differences among the top-notch programs and the homogeneous curriculum.These tensions involve competing arguments on the genesis and the development of top-notch education and top-notch students.The study also discusses possible ways of resolving and easing these tensions so that the services and programs can be enhanced.
