法律解释与法律修辞表面是看似两种相互独立的法律方法,实际上二者却存在内在的关联,甚至相互交织、互不可缺。在某种意义上讲,法律修辞正是以法律解释为基础的,法律解释的一些具体方法同样要被适用在法律修辞的过程之中,这样在帮助法律修辞实现其说服目的的同时,也完成了法律解释自身的使命。

The legal interpretation and legal rhetoric seems are two separate legal meathods.In fact,the relationship between the two is inherent,even intertwined,mutually indispensable.In a sense,the legal rhetoric is based on a legal interpretation,some specific method of the legal interpretation is also to be applied in the process of legal rhetoric.In this way,it not only can help legal rhetoric achieve its objective of persuading,but also completed itsown mission.
