摘要
随着城市化进程的加速,城市面貌日新月异,与此同时,拆迁矛盾也不可忽视地出现在人们的视野之中。而导致拆迁矛盾的大部分原因都是因为被拆迁人没有得到妥善合理的补偿,合理制定城市房屋拆迁补偿制度,对其补偿原则、补偿范围及补偿标准予以界定,保障被拆迁人的合法利益,充分体现"以人为本"的关怀精神,才能推进城市房屋拆迁工作的顺利进行,也有利于和谐社会的构建。
With the development of modern society,the face of city has been changing with each passing day.However,the conflict of housing removal became inevitable.One of the most important reasons is about the improper compensation system.Scientific compensation system of housing removal is necessary,which not only guarantees the behalf of the citizen,but also advances the development of the city.
