The goal of ESP(English for Special Purpose) is clear,the practical value is very high,popularizes day by day in our country,the Legal English which derives from ESP has also developed vigorously.This article begins its discussion from the ESP theory's outline,then introduce some foreign ESP teaching methods,as well as the guiding function of ESP theory to Legal English teaching.
